Up until yesterday we had not received the level 12.7.0 version promised in April and while watching live HD TV last night we were still experiencing the 'crackling' sound. Having just checked we appear to have gone straight to 12.7.10 with an update dated today (29th May). Will this now have addressed all the concerns that were designed to be fixed by 12.7.0??
Hi Michael - To clear the problem with the display on the front of Humax boxes going blank after the update the box just needs a power cycle, i.e. put it in to standby, turn it off at the back for 20 seconds and then turn it back on (or touch the blue circle for about 8 seconds to achieve the same effect).
Huawei box updated automatically without any issues. I don't see the filter option on the program guide, but that may be Humax specific.
