If you have a recording conflict that could be solved by a +1 channel will it be if that +1 channel is hidden?

    Hi al

You certainly proved that it is possible for this to happen, but it was in the context of a broadcast programme set up wrongly.

I wonder, though if Barry's interesting question would apply when things were working as they should be?

Right, mine weren't actual "conflicts" just a few failures with unknown reasons. I've only seen conflicts announce themselves at the time and offer no advice on what to do.

Well I’ve just found the answer to my question. Yes you are given the option to resolve a recording conflict by a hidden +1 channel.
