[Notice] Heart, QVC, Blaze+1 & Capital changes

Hi all,

We've been informed that there will be a change made to the channels Heart, QVC, Blaze+1 & Capital. 

The channels will remain on the same channel number, but if you have any series recordings set up on these channels, you will need to re-book them after the change.

The change is set to take place on Thursday 5th Jan 2017. We'll update the thread when the change has been confirmed.

    Over the next week Heart (728), QVC (16) and Capital (724) do not have any programmes defined as a series by the freeview epg metadata.
    Blaze+1 (84) has just 3.

    In the light of this please could you supply some more detail of what the change is?

    Hi Yasha, it's a back end change to the channel descriptor, no visible change for a viewer but series records will need to be re-booked.

    Yes, there isn't many of them, but hopefully useful for some.

    Seems to be an issue with Heart on 728. On a BT Pro Box tuning to 728 either through the guide or by direct channel punching results in silence. Hitting pause followed by play starts playback. Navigate away & back again & you have to pause/play again. A retune makes no difference.
    Raised by another on the BT forums & confirmed on my box. Anyone else & if so, on which box?

    Hi @rbz5416, thanks for raising this here - we'll take a look. I'm seeing the same behaviour on a BT Humax T2100 so it's not just the Pro box.
