If I do a factory reset will it give me the old interface back. I can then get rid if the unwanted channels and then re-update to the new interface. Would this work.
And how does that comment help the situation? This is not a legal niceties discussion. The point is my PVR guide is flooded with stations I have no interest in, and want to delete but am prevented from doing so. YouView do not appear to care, nor do they seem to be doing anything to restore this functionality. An estimated date as to when they expect this functionality to be returned would be a major PR move.

Peter, not much that anyone says on here will help the situation.
Your comment adds one more tick to the 'Bring back Hide Channels' column on YouView's enormous spreadsheet of user discontent.
YouView have said they are restoring this feature, and they will, but I don't think your tick is going to raise its priority one iota.
And YouView don't ever give dates.

This feature needs to come back soon, I am starting to see channels creep back in to my guide due to number changes or actual new channels of no interest to me, I had a total of 191 hidden and had my guide perfect, but each week that passes I get rogue channels adding themselves. 2 of which seem to be dating ones which is particularly annoying!
