Box bricked after update

My bt dtr-t2100 just received this update. Absolutely horrendous but to cap it all off ;my box locked up after browsing the guide and is now completely bricked! It shows no signs of life even after pulling the plug.

Any advice before it goes in the bin and I ring virgin to go back to them?

    Hi Deke,

    Can you please try doing a soft reboot by pressing the power/standby button on the front/top of the box for about 8 seconds until it starts a reboot. If this doesn't fix the issue, please then try a Maintenance Mode 4 reset and let me know if that changes anything :)

    Thanks - I tried this and it seems to have resolved the problem. Just a shame the 'update' has taken away some very useful features (list view, jump to specific time).

    I'm glad to hear that the Maintenance Mode fixed this issue.
