    Phil, what is the difference between this component software 3.2.74 and the one that is already underway for the Humax retail boxes 3.2.62?
    Both 3.2.62 and 3.2.74 have identical wording for the "What's new?".

    Thanks for spotting, it was in the wrong section- it's been moved back under box software now.

    Phil   Hi,  have Huaewi DN372T working perfectly on previous software version but giving lots of problems on latest version 72.44.97. installed in last few weeks.   Problems occur accessing recordings and using fast forward rates ( which are speed inconsistent ! ). After viewing recorded program,  I delete program and then frequently the system just "hangs" and no control keys work for any function.  Only solution is to remove power from box and reboot system - very frustrating.   Hope you can help.  John F

    Hi John, we are not aware of any similiar issues reported on this software version. When the system freezes or hangs, have you tried holding the power button on the box for 8 seconds so it reboots (rather than unplug the system).

    In addition it would be interesting to know if you have had a chance to do any troubleshooting for this issue, such as a Maintenance mode reset, just to see if the box behaves normally after?
