Weakened signal quality on PSB3

This is more of a general Freeview question than Youview but maybe someone can help point me in the right direction? I'm watching from the Hemel Hempstead Transmitter and have been on 100% signal and quality since Youview's launch. A couple of weeks ago the quality of Mux PSB3, that carried most of the HD I want to record, dropped to 75%. This causes regular dropouts or pixellation. I've checked my cabling and retuned but wondered if anyone might have any other avenues I could explore to resolve this?
