YVM104 error
This morning I'm getting a YVM104 message on the mini guide on my two Youview boxes T1000 and the G4 Youview box yet my internet is working and all other Youview servies seem to be working ok. Also BT TV is still working on my G4 box.
Anyone got any ideas. I will check again later this afternoon when I get home from work.

We are aware of an issue this morning where there are no images displaying on the Guide tab and gives a YVM104 error. We are currently investigating the issue so will try and update when we know more

The service to the Guide tab should now be restored and should no longer display the YVM104 error
