Why has my you view box suddenly stopped allowing me to hear the radio programmes I have recorded?

    Hello @NormaAdam ,

    And welcome to the forum. Unfortunately this is a known bug in the latest software version. There are some further comments in this thread, with a work around posted by Zulu17 you can try until a fix is released.
