I've seen a number of postings on here about YVM607 but none seem to offer me a solution. I'm having to reset my box every time I come to use it. The box manufacturers, Humax, say it's a software issue but when I go through the steps of checking cables etc then looking for software updates and nothing works, the final step tells me to call Humax. Feels like I'm going round in circles!

Can anyone offer any help? Box model is a Humax DTR-T2000. If nothing else then a number to call youview would be useful.
