IOS App no longer working

This morning I found that the app no longer works. Says it need updating.

    Can you please confirm the apple devices you have along with the ios version they're running on so we can check this?
    Can you also please explain in a bit more detail what you mean when you say it's not working? Do you just get a pop up saying the app or device needs updating or are there any error codes to go with it?

    I’ve just deleted the app and downloaded it again and it’s now working. There was no app update available before I did that so I don’t know if the one I have just downloaded is the same or not.

    I wouldn’t have been able to tell you the version of the app previously because I couldn’t open it.
