youview will not let me look back on programs and does not accept my email address and password

    Welcome to the forum :)

    Can you please let me know which youview box you are using along with the software version it's running on? You can find this by pressing Help and then Info on your remote control. 

    In terms of the email/password issue, can you please let us know what player you are referring to where this happens?
