Netflix and the green screen.

Today I was trying to use Netflix and I got a green screen when pushing play. Any ideas on the cause?? Dtr t 4000 is the box used.

    Its normally a handshake issue between the box and your kit. Have you tried a box reset, Daniel?

    Yes I just did it after the football I was watching finished and it's working. Maybe I need a new hdmi lead if it keeps doing this mine was a cheap one from Amazon.

    So was mine. An Amazon Basics, and there fine. As are the 99p ones from the pound shop.
    Just try keeping the lead away from other cables, particularly the aerial. If thats not possible consider buying a shielded HDMI lead. They cost about a fiver.

    I guess that would depend on if I'm watching only fools and horses or not lol
