YouView start up

When I turn on my TV, it eventually opens on a TalkTalktv page, showing the Guide, Players & Apps, MyTV etc. The channel is nearly always #15, so I have to change it manually.

Is there a way to change the default so it starts on BBC1?

Thanks for any advice.

    Whatever channel you were watching when you turn it off, it will restart at that channel.

    Hi @Ron McGeary -  I think it will actually depend on what the relevant one of the 2 tuners was lasted used for. So if no recordings have occurred since you last watched something it will come on on the channel you last watched. But if recordings have since occurred they may have required one or both tuners to change channel and hence in that case when you turn the box back on the channel will have changed to one relating to a recording.
