YouView showing No Information

I have two Sony Android TVs and for the majority of channels the guide says “Information not available”. Internet connection is ok (some channels on guide work) I have tried resetting the TV and re tuning but nothing works. Very frustrating. Pleas help.

    Welcome to the forum :) 

    This is an issue we are aware of and Sony are working to fix at the moment. Most users find that performing a factory reset on the TV resolves this issue however it does mean that your on-demand log-in details will also be reset. You can find out how to do a factory reset here.
