Youview app not showing BBC, ITV, C4

Hi
Just connected my new box, which is showing all channels. But my youview app, connected to the box, doesn't show the main channels. I've tried disconnecting the app and reconnecting, but no joy. Anyone had something similar?

    With the app disconnected from your YouView box, so it just shows the generic default set of channels, do all the main channels show?

    If so, then try deleting and reloading the app.

    It will take a little while for the reconnected app to match its channel list with your box - a few hours maybe, 24 max.

    But it shouldn’t be missing the generic channels you mention.

    Though are we talking SD, HD, or both?
