DTR-T2000 Firmware update sticka at 0% complete

Hi, Every time I switch my box on I get a request to update the firmware. When I click OK it seems to start but never gets past 0% complete no matter how long I leave it running. The little blue dots move from side to side as if it is doing something but it never does. The box is connected using a standard ethernet cable.

    Good afternoon zznw4m (sounds like a morse code!), welcome to the forum.
    Have you tried the maintenance reset options? I would suggest trying option 2, followed if not successful by option 1.

    Hopefully this will help, unless box has become faulty/corrupted hard drive, which will then mean a total factory reset erasing recordings. Hopefully you won't need to do this. Let us know how you get on. I'm sure another one of the forum will be able to help if you still need advise. John L

    Hopefully your Youview pvr is now working smoothly again.
