Hi all, 

Please feel to discuss and provide feedback about the TalkTalk Software Update 60.48.72 / 3.6.82 & 72.48.72 / 3.6.82 here. 

This update contains the following features: 
  • Search in Action Panel
  • Start again for BBC programmes
  • 'Last Watched' tab added to Watch List
  • Full HDD (Hard Disk Drive) notification - YVM217
  • MyTV in Main Menu for DN360T devices
As with all our updates, this is a phased roll out so if you don't see it right away, don't worry, it'll update soon as long as it's connected to the internet.

    About a week ago I had an on screen message to retune channels. Since then I have had many failed recordings. I rang TT help but got a woman reading a script off a screen. Still got the problem and need to speak to a qualified engineer.....please.

    Hi @linkbekka

    It sounds like you are in an area where a 700MHz retune event happened which would have prompted the on-screen message. If you have done a retune along with the steps in this article and are still missing channels, we would recommend reaching out to the Freeview advice line as they will be able to assist you further.     Hi, just noticed that when you select categories in the TV guide, that the "Music" option has vanished.
