YVM5010 error despite following steps

My app has suddenly lost connection with my YouView box. I have an iPhone (6 I think) and have not recently changed it. All software both on my phone and my box is up to date and I have been through all the troubleshooting steps on the YouView site, but it’s still telling me my box cannot be found through the app. Can you help?
