Android App

My app doesn't show all the channels that are displayed on the box.  For example 'Really' is on my box menu and I can record programs, but my app is saying the channel is unavailable. This is not the only channel this is happening to.  I have disconnected the app from the box, then reconnected it, but nothing changes. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum! 

Can you please let us know your mobile device make and model along with the version of Android it's running on? 
It'd also be useful to know if you are able to see the Really channel on the app but it says the content is unavailable or if it's not there at all. If you can provide any screenshots so we can get a better idea of what you're seeing that'd be helpful.

Have attached screenshots of menu on box and app.
Really is missing totally from the app.
On the app, if I search for a program on Really, it finds it, but says channel is unavailable.

Thanks for this info Clive. Can you please try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it on your phone?
