Humax retail software update 32.32.10 / 3.6.124

Hi all,

Please use this thread to discuss the most recent Humax retail software update 32.32.10 / 3.6.124. This is an update for Humax Retail T2000 devices which includes a fix for the scheduled recordings not appearing in the Scheduled Recordings section of MyTV. 

This is a phased release so please note that not all devices will receive the update at the same time.

    I've noticed that text-mode teletext (e.g. as provided on Channel 703) does not survive a recovery from sleep. That is, after a full reboot, teletext works fine, but after sleeping, they are gone and it needs another reboot to get them back. This has been happening since about 21st August, around the time that 3.6.124 was released. I have the 3.6.124 but don't know when it was loaded. Located in east London, using Crystal Palace transmitter.

    Welcome to the forum :) 
    We'll try doing this on our boxes here tonight and see if we can reproduce it. I'll let you know how we get on with this.

    I've checked with the teams involved and we've got a fix this internally and so it'll be going out in the next update. In the meantime, rather than rebooting, you can fix this glitch just by launching and then closing any app - the help app is probably the quickest to launch using the dedicated button on the remote. We appreciate that this isn't convenient however we are hoping to get the update out within the next week so you shouldn't need to do this for too much longer. Once the update is ready to go, it'll be posted in the Announcements section of the forum like this one :)

    It seems that 3.6.128 was downloaded in the last 24 hours, and I'm happy to confirm that I now have Teletext again, without having to use the workaround. Many thanks for the prompt response.
