Recording bt sport

Hi everyone, i was browsing online regarding recording programmes received through bt sport and the articles lead me to the youview plus box.
Could anyone please confirm that first recording bt sport is doable. I imagine if so it works in an identical way to sky plus? (been a while since ive had this but am familiar with it).
And secondly if such recording is possible if your set up is wireless, ie using home plugs?

Any help confirming this would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Luke

Yes you can record BT Sport programming.
I have zero issues using Homeplugs with my BT Youview setup. I would add however there are some people who have reported issues but myself and anyone else I know personally have no problems with BT TV and homeplugs.
A useful forum for you to visit would be BT's own forum pages https://community.bt.com/
From there you will find links to BTTV specific sections of the forum.

As mentioned yes it is doable but you must be a BT Broadband customer with a BT TV contract or buy it through Sky.
Homeplugs/Power Line Adapters work for most people so cahnces are you'd be fine with that route.

Were you given a reason why your post was deleted @robotman

@jimb Absolutely no reason given, and to cap it all, as @Roy says, anyone hitting 'Disagree' now has their name hidden for some obscure reason. One can only guess at the reasoning, and none of it is good. It's one good reason not to frequent these boards going forward as they are becoming more bizarre in how they are being run (or not as the case may be).

    Hi @robotman

Neither myself or Louise have removed any posts in the last few days with the exception of one from the weekend where a user was asking about a movie streaming device which may be illegal to use. As we weren't around at the weekend, we removed it when we got back in on Tuesday, it was suggested in the thread that we remove the post and we agreed with this so removed it. If there's some other posts you're referring to please let me know via PM so we can discuss further.

As for the reactions, we've not changed anything on our end, and we can still see who is reacting to each post although this may be because we are on Admin accounts. I'll look into this further to see if we can find out why this has happened and if we can revert it back to what it was for everyone.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

    @Sarah
I immediately edited out the bit in my post which mentioned one of mine being removed. I suddenly realised on hitting Send the post in question was in another thread. My bad but I rectified my mistake in about 20 seconds of the initial post going up 😈

There've been 13 posts on this thread BUT only 3 (the original & first 2 posts) relate to the subject of the thread.
No wonder new members often don't bother coming back.

    Couldn't agree more.

Admittedly the disagree button is a blunt instrument but nonetheless someone had the unbelievable audacity to actually take a different view.
This outrageous act was naturally followed by the now obrigity dig at the forum and the moderators getting involved.
    All because someone disagreed.
    Sad just doesn't cover it.
