Hi. I recently installed the Amazon Prime Video app onto my mum's BT Box app section. The app opens and displays the videos and lets her watch trailers....but will not load the programme or film and displays a message saying "something went wrong". And anyone help? Amazon have checked her account so it's not a problem with that.

Can you please try rebooting your YouView box and the router? You can reboot the YV box by pressing and holding the power button on the top of the box.
