New YouView Bix

Got a new YouView box today from TalkTalk as I renewed my contract. All set up and working except all my things in My View are gone. The TalkTalk TV planner app on my mobile device continues to say it can find the new box. I’ve deleted the App and reinstalled it but still says it can’t find the TV Box. Error code: YVM5010 
Gone to support.youview.com and still not working

Any ideas?
