Error yvm302 - lost half of channels when retuning

I've had signal issues on and off for the past two days so tried the retuning recommended on the help app and have now lost half my channels, including the main digital (non HD) channels 1-7

Welcome to the forum
Can you please let us know which transmitter you are tuned to? If you're not sure, you can find out by going to the Freeview website, scrolling down and entering your door number and postcode into the checker.
