Broadband Notification

I keep getting a message in the TV that it cant connect to the Internet. I have checked the settings and it clearly is - with an Ethernet cable. I have re set the router and the BT Player box. Unplugged the TV too. Still keep getting the message when I use the BT button?  Ideas/suggestions?

    Hi smee, welcome to the forum.
    Have you also checked that your Powerline adaptor (if used) is correctly paired/not lost it's code? Worth checking as this may be main problem. Other than that contact Bt direct for more advice.

    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    Does it give you an error code?
