Humax recorder keeps turning off

I have a fairly new tecordable box and it keeps disconnecting itself. It shows a message saying that there is no signal or the signal is weak. Arial has been checked

    There are various reasons this could happen, but on a fairly new box, still under warranty or ISP support, it’s worth contacting the people you got it from, for support or a replacement.
    These tests for COVID-19 might get right up my nose, if only I could get one
