I see you have tagged your post ‘#trials’; if you are on a trial, you should not post about it here in the public Community, but use the dedicated and private trials link you will have been given.
Other than that, are you trying to use the remote to access Settings on a YouView box (press the blue circular button on the remote and scroll right to Settings in the menu that appears), or are you trying to do something with or to the remote, and if so, what?
and the further remote control resources it links to; and if you have any further questions we can answer in public, please come back and ask them, indicating which of the remotes shown in the first resource you have, and what YouView box model you are using it with.
