Scheduling Problem

I have just noticed that for two programmes one on Sky Witness and the other on Sky one I have had in the scheduled recordings a triangle with an exclamation mark, when I click on it I get the error message scheduling problem, but no further information!
I have checked there is no clash regarding timings and no overrun. While it is useful to be told there is a problem I would like more information as to what exactly is the problem as there is no obvious or apparent reason for the message!

    Can you please let us know which programmes you are trying to record along with the time and dates so we can try testing this on our end? Do you have any other recordings set at those times on any other channels?

    Hi Sarah thank you for your response. The 2 programmes were/Jett on Sky 1 at 10pm tonight I have no other programmes scheduled for this time. The second programme was The Rookie on Sky Witness at 9pm on Thursday I do have another recording scheduled for the same time on BBC1 and another programme on Sky Witness scheduled for 10pm.

    Thanks @Talman. I've just tried setting these up on the box we have here and don't receive the error however we'll keep these recordings scheduled in case this changes. Can you let us know how much space you have on your box? This is usually displayed in the bottom right of MyTV.

    Hi Sarah I have 51% free space available. Interestingly I deleted the scheduled recordings and then set them up again and there is no error message showing at the moment! 😕
    Perhaps I was a little presumptuous in contacting you! 😦

    Well worth you posting, to let us know that deleting a (presumably) corrupted schedule pulls things out straight again!
    These tests for COVID-19 get right up my nose.
