Latest software update corrupts your TV box

Difficult to understand why in this day and age a software update that is supposed to improve your entertainment experience actually degrades it. All recordings lost on two separate boxes at the same time.  Very poor show!!!

    Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues.

    Could you let us know the following:
    • Box make and model (this can be found by accessing Help and pressing the Information or i button on your remote)
    • Software version (same steps as above)
    Additionally, would you be able to give us a little more information regarding your issue? When you say recordings lost, do they still show in the Recordings page? Are there any error messages (e.g. Failed to Record or Scheduling Error)? Are you able to play the recordings, if not. what happens when you select one?

    The more information you can give us the easier it will be to identify the problem. Thank you!
