You actually know more than my elderly mother! I have to explain to her what an app is! If she wants BBC iPlayer I have still show her how to get there. When you mentioned Belmont, this was confusing to anyone reading the question. We all live at different parts of UK. Hope you are able to solve your problem. Which box do you have and how are you connected to the internet? Do all the others work?
What has Youview got to do with Belmont signal? UKTV works from your Broadband. Might be worth looking at your instructions for Smart TV if this has apps and have recheck to see what is happening? John L
Firstly go to settings and update players. If that does not work try holding the front on / off button until the box restarts.

If none of these work, I suggest you post on the TalkTalk help forum, as they may swap your box over if you are still a customer.
