YouView box not connected to internet

Both YouView boxes will not connect to internet. Internet is strong and fast. I have restarted router then restarted YouView boxes to no avail. 
Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you

    Welcome to the forum :) 
    Can you please let us know which YouView box models you have and the manufacturer software version they are running on? This can be found in Settings > Device Information and Software Information. 
    It'd also be useful to know if you are using powerline adapters or an ethernet directly to the router.
