YVM102 error

I have a Humax DTR-T2000 box. The box is normally set in SMART eco mode so that it goes to sleep at 11pm and wakes up at 6pm. Occasionally I use the box in the morning (before the 6pm wake up time) and accept that it will take longer to come out of sleep mode, which is fine. For the last 10 days when I do this the box tells me it is not connected to my router (error YVM102). The only way to fix this is to do a reset of the box (hold the “on” button for 8 seconds). As an experiment I tried changing the SMART wake up time to 8am. That morning when I turned the box on it was connected to the router. I changed it back to a 6pm wake up time and this morning the problem of not being connected had returned.
I have a suspicion that that most recent software update (I think it was 30th March 2020) may have introduced this glitch. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a software update planned to fix it?
Any help appreciated.

    Can you please let us know the following information: 
    1. Your ISP
    2. Which router you are using
    3. Software version - this can be found in Settings > Software Information

    Hi Sarah

    1. My ISP is BT (although the box I have is Humax retail one, not a BT branded box)
    2. My Router is the BT Home Hub (Hub 6)
    3. Component software is 3.6.190 (ea4e91); manufacturer's software is 32.44.10

    Thanks for this information @nufcmark. I've dropped you a PM for some further details. Can you also let us know if you're a BT TV subscriber or if you just use BT for your internet?
