Recordings break up

I ham having problems with subscription channels break up and await a call from br specialist support since last Thursday. However have the added problem of app player recordings and catch-up programmes breaking up. I have just reset my hub 5 and factory reset my youview box which has just been replaced

    As per my previous observation, please don’t post separate threads on the same topic; one will do, and two just cause confusion and can actually result in less successful outcomes.

    You might want to edit this post down (a full stop is the minimum) to avoid this.
    I have a low opinion of people who press the Disagree button instead of engaging in reasoned debate. 
    I have an even lower opinion of YouView’s continued policy of letting such people hide behind the cloak of anonymity.
