Hi I have tried for 6 days to correct my YVM error on my screen ,like others everything works except players and apps section ,so all I players and replay facilities defunct .been in touch with talk twice and am told maintenance work and be done tomorrow ,we all know tomorrow never comes   Help please

    Welcome to the forum :) 

    Can you please let us know the following information:

    - Box model & software version it's running on - This can be found by pressing help and then info on your remote. If this doesn't work, you can also find it in Settings > Box information and Software Information.

    - Router model - this is usually found on a sticker on the bottom or side of the router

    - Your internet service provider

    - Roughly how long this issue has been happening for

    - When you usually see the error message  and the time of day e.g. when waking up the box or mid-usage
