problem with video playback

Every time lately when I try to play a video on Amazon Prime I get a message "something went wrong"  I have reset the router but nothing seems to work.  Pse help.

    What device is this Amazon Prime on, who is your ISP, and is your device on a subscription?
    I have a low opinion of people who press the Disagree button instead of engaging in reasoned debate.
