error messages yvm102 and 104

I have started getting messages YVM102 and 104 and have followed all the steps recommended on the BT help pages ie turning the router off and on, turning the hub off and on, I have checked the ethernet cables, I have checked the adaptors and re-set them, I have gone to settings and tried to connect to the internet but none of these have worked - does anyone have any other suggestions?
