Another recording bug?

in Support
Last night after watching Arsenal triumph, I accessed a recording of Jane MacDonald on my T2000 box and watched this to the end (it was recording at the same time as we were watching). On clicking stop, I was thrown back to current TV and not the recording tiles page.
I tried to access the menu but the box was unresponsive. It would not accept any command other than the on / off button.
Soft reboot and the box was ok but it was then I found it had been recording a film on C4 as well so lost that.
Later in the evening I went to the DN372T box and watched a recording, clicked stop and found the box was totally unresponsive again. This time it was recording MOTD.
Having fixed the delete recording whilst recording issue, has another bug crept in?

Turned the box on to try and watch a recording, but the box was non responsive to any button other than the on off.
Did a soft reset and then realised the box had been recording 2 programmes.
Is anyone else experiencing any issues when boxes are recording?
Seems strange I'm getting this on both my Humax and Huawei boxes.
Apologies for missing this previously. We've not heard about this issue from anyone else however I've raised this to be tested to see if we can recreate the issue. Can you let us know what standby setting you are using?
Thanks,
Sarah
Have you experienced this issue since the last report? We have been unable to reproduce in testing so far, so any further information would be invaluable.
If you can recall, when stopping the recording of Jane MacDonald, did you press the Back, Stop, or Close key?
Thank you,
Louise.
I thought it strange it happened on 2 boxes the same night.
I would have used the Stop button, as that's my normal procedure.
