Using LG Smart TV I get error message ALL4-011

I am getting the above error message when trying to play programmes on ALL 4-
Also ITV Hub will not open. I have tried re-booting both TV and Wifi and checked all connections.
Any suggestions appreciated.

    Welcome to the Youview forum. Is the problem to do with your LG Smart Tv? The LG tv will have it's own All4 ITV Apps or is this when you are using the Youview's own All4 & ITV Apps? Worth checking to see if it is related to Smart tv only or Youview box connected to tv. Please let forum know how you get on/if you need more advice. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    LG Smart TV only. We do not have Youview box.

    I thought so when you mentioned LG tv. This forum is only for Youview equipment, but you might find some clues regarding error via doing a search on the top bar search or ideally look on the LG support page for help. Hopefully they can help you. John L
