Replacement box

I’ve just received a replacement youview box and installed it - but it says there are no recordings, where have they gone and how do I transfer them to this new box? Thanks

    New box = no recordings or schedule. The recordings are held on the internal hard drive of a unit so once that unit is removed/replaced then that's it.
    There's no way to transfer recordings from 1 box to another I'm afraid.
