Large Buttons Remote For New YouView Box?

Have seen a few community discussions on this, dating back to 2014, but no solutions from BT YouView.

The remote control that my elderly parents use is not suitable for them, my father had a stroke a few years back, and his dexterity was affected. 

Are BT YouView following the approach to accessibility that Sky & Virgin have taken? If there's nothing from BT, can anybody recommend a programmable remote please?

While BT do not currently offer an alternative there is an older remote that may be suitable, or at least as good as any programmable remote.

Have a look at this picture. The third BT/Plusnet remote from the left has more wide spread buttons, can be bought very cheaply, and is fully compatible with the BT youview boxes.
