Sky News on NOW TV app

Good afternoon.

I have subscribed to the Entertainment & HD packs. In general, I'm very happy with the content & functionality, although when I try to watch Sky News HD I get a message saying that the channel is not available but will be soon. My question is this... How soon is soon?

    Haven't seen Sky Sports News on there I don't use the BT with NOW TV are you the NOW TV device and that's what I'm sticking with NOW TV we have got problems on YouView and I got so used to the NOW TV device now I'm sticking with it

    It's been "coming soon" for several months to my knowledge. 
    Youview boxes are best used in conjunction with a streaming device like roku where bizarrely Sky news HD is available through YouTube.

    Sky News HD is also on my sisters 2019 Samsung 4k smart TV using the Now TV app.
    Sky News HD via the Now TV app on Youview has been saying coming soon since April or May.
    The Now TV app on Youview is ok but not the best and has had a few bugs since it fully came to Youview.
    I only use the Now TV app on Youview as my 2013 and 2014 Samsung full HD smart TVs stopped support for any new apps.
    Im not badly needing to replace any of my two TVs as apart from them no longer supporting any new apps the TVs still work mostly fine.
