Not all channels available

We retuned our box and lost a few channels. I restarted the box and retune again but still not all channels available. I put the aerial in the TV and I get all the channels. Unsure if I can try something else to get all the channels back

    Try tuning the box with the aerial unplugged. You will get 0 channels, but it will clear any residual memory the box may have.

    Then retune with the aerial in and hopefully you channels will be restored.

    If not then wait a day or so and try again as you may have a weather related issue where you live which is affecting the signal.
