Availability over the Christmas period

Hi all, 

Over the Christmas period it'll take us longer to respond to queries on the forum and social media. 

If you have your box as part of a subscription through BT, TalkTalk or Plusnet, we would recommend getting in touch with them directly through their call centre/live chat, or via the following:

    Well, at least it’s not like the old days, when people got YouView boxes for Christmas.

    But some of the ‘Baker Street Irregulars’, aka SuperUsers and other frequent contributors, may still be around to proffer the odd suggestion over the festive period...
