I recently tried to play a recording and got the message that it was unavailable because the channel had moved. Can anyone shed some light on this please as I thought the recordings were saved on the YouView box?
It would be enormously helpful, if the problem is not the very likely one that @zulu17 describes, if you could say what the channel in question was, what the programme you recorded was, and what the date and start time of it was.
