SWony Problens getting Channel 1 on ITV Hub

My Sony Bravia TV is having problems connecting to Channel 1 on the ITV Hub, I have tried some of the solutions posted but I have run into problems selecting "System Apps" on the menu, Its there but the cursor wont go to it
