Cannot get ITV1 - all the others are available on the hub. The TV is a Sony Bravia KD55A8 (2020) OLED
Have reset data & cache on Youview. when signing in, it recognises my postcode. If I sign in on my phone all the ITC channels are accessible within the hub.
What else can I do?

    Can you clarify if you're unable to access any content on ITV Hub or if you're missing your ITV channels?

    We have the exact same issue. Tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked :(

    Hi Sarah, we are only missing content from ITV1. ITV2, 3, Be, CITV etc all work.

    Hi Sarah, we are only missing content from ITV1. ITV2, 3, Be, CITV etc all work.

    Can you please let us know some examples of content that don't work and ones that do so we can check this? Are you launching the content from the guide, within the app or both? 

    It'd also be useful for us to know which Sony TV model you are using.

    And your approximate location, plus which itv region your TV is tuned to.

    Getting all the channels except ITV itself on the itv hub is an indication that you are in Scotland, or at least that the TV thinks you are.
