How do I record a tv program

    What device do you have? YouView box? Sony TV? What model?
    If you can provide more information then someone may be able to help.

    Hello Graham, 
    Welcome to the forum. I agree, you need to provide more information on which model you have. If you have a pvr ( machine that records), you should find a red record icon on the remote control. To directly record programme watching simply press record once. The other option is to programme a timer recording, go into Epg screen and select programmes to record and press record in remote. You should have instructions with box or if you do a search at top of this page will find instructions link that you can download plus explains in more detail. If you need further help, hopefully someone can help you on forum. John L

    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.
