BOXES NO LONGER WORKING PROPERLY

MY YOUVIEW BOXES WERE WORKING FINE UP UNTIL SUNDAY, NOW THEY CANNOT CONNECT TO ROUTER, THE APPS AND CATCH-UP ARE UNAVAILABLE AND THE PICTURES ON THE RECORDINGS HAVE GONE, ALTHOUGH I CAN WATCH RECORDINGS. I THOUGHT AT FIRST THE FIRST BOX WAS FAULTY, BUT THEN DISCOVERED SECOND BOX HAS SAME ISSUES. HAVE CHECKED ALL THE OBVIOUS THINGS. I NOTICED THAT THE LAST SOFTWARE CHECK/UPDATE WAS 07/02/2021. HAS AN UPDATE TO FIRMWEAR DONE SOMETHING TO THE BOX? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS
