Info flag on TV guide is getting in the way

The latest upgrade has added an information flag as you scroll on the TV guide and it's getting in the way.  Is there any way to disable it?

    I'm afraid that the pop-up "feature" has been with the software releases for some time now, maybe a few years? When was the last time you updated your software? The issue has been raised before many times. Hopefully Youview will include an option to allow user to turn this in/off. Yes, I agree with you, it is one of the few irritatingly features on the box. It certainly has no use and gets in the way! After a while you get used to it, but still annoying. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.
